I’ve known Alondra since 5th grade when she moved to town with her family.

We were friends for the longest time, so I loved it when she came to me and asked to have her engagement photographed.

Alondra met Michael through a friend from high school. But the funny part was that it wasn’t until a year or so later she realized Michael was one of her friend’s roommates in college. They were introduced, and soon after he proposed to her at Disney World around Christmas! She only saw it fitting that their story tied in with the “red string of fate” tale, when you end up coming full circle to your person.

Alondra wore an absolutely gorgeous red, off the shoulder dress which made them pop out in the greens of the Foellinger-Freimann Conservatory here in Fort Wayne. It’s still a little chilly here, so the conservatory provided us with some much needed warmth for the day. Despite the cold, we were still able to sneak a few pictures outside on the parking garage rooftop we both parked in.

Alondra and Michael are planning for a spring wedding sometime next year and I can’t wait to see how they celebrate!
